About Spartan Car Wash
Spartan Car Wash is a car wash in East Lansing, Michigan. It is listed at 6059 N Hagadorn Rd, East Lansing, MI 48823, which places it among the local businesses of East Lansing that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In East Lansing, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Michigan, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 10 am–4 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (517) 333-3603. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, sunshine-auto-wash-east-lansing.edan.io.

Had my truck washed. Attendant was very nice. I used the drive thru wash with no problems.

Absolutely abysmal car wash. Wash bays don’t count quarters correctly so it takes an undisclosed amount of quarters to get started. Many of the different wash selections were out and some of the bays were not working despite there being no out of order signs. There was no one working on a sunny Sat afternoon and the phone number listed is disconnected. Clearly this place is not well run. I’d avoid at all costs, unless you like dirty cars and wasting money!

Half the self-serve bays were out of service. Two of the three that were open clearly needed to have the drains cleaned. One coin changer was completely out of service, and the other wouldn’t take my bills.

Took my money and didn’t do anything. There should’ve out of order signs if it doesn’t work you guys are literally just scamming people. There are 2 good reviews in the last 5 years here and probably 80 bad reviews. Stay away. Plus this place looks abandoned I should’ve know when I pulled up some BS was gonna happen.

This car wash SUCKS. 3 of the bays are broken. One has NO high pressure at all. Like washing with a garden hose. The ones that do work, once you switch the setting to another mode it will brick the machine. SAVE YOUR MONEY and drive to the Auto Spa in Bath. Older machines and less time per money than this place but it is worth it. I hope this place goes out of business. TERRIBLE car wash.
